·         Chartered Accountant

·         8 years of post qualification relevant experience in a large Govt. / Semi-Govt. /multinational or renowned private organization.

General manager finance must have workable understanding and knowledge of finance, accounting, audit and procurement policies relating to public/governmental organizations. Responsible for Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting. Practical experience of working capital proposal, taxation, bank management and audit is also desirable.

 

DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (PROCUREMENT) PS-20 Basic Pay Scale (66,050-3,750-118,550) plus allowances (Minimum Starting Gross Salary Rs.118,155- P.M) 1300cc authority maintained car 175 liters petrol/month. Max. Age : 45 years

·         MBA (FINANCE)/M.Com/ Masters in Supply Chain/ BSc. Engineering from HEC / PEC recognized institution/university.

·          6 years post-qualification experience of procurement in a large Govt. / Semi-Govt. /multinational or renowned private organization, out of which 3 Years must be at Senior Management level.

Required managerial level experience with procurement related activities, setting procurement strategies /timelines and well-versed with PPRA Rules. Preference will be given to candidates having experience with international donors / agencies as well as in engineering projects related to public sector procurement. Proactive candidate with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsible for managing District offices and all technical and vocational institutes in their zone. as per direction of higher management. Coordination with related board of management and other local industry regarding update of their requirements and placements of pass out students. Continuous monitoring of all district regarding student capacity enhancement, enrollment in courses, operational aspects of institutes

·         Major (Retd) or equivalent from armed forces. Preference will be given to candidate who are intelligence Staff Course Qualified and have Experience on field intelligence duties for more than 3 years.

Will manage the overall framework of Monitoring & Evaluation for assessment purposes Will submit timely information to the higher management for any irregularity/wrong practice and also suggest corrective actions. Provide technical supervision on M&E and evidence-based recommendations for the relevant institutes/offices.

Coordination with local industry departments and other key stakeholders in respect of reforms and formulation of policy in TVET sector.

ASSISTANT MANAGER (SERVICE CENTRES) PS-17 Basic Pay Scale (24,769-1,930-63,369) plus allowances (Minimum Starting Gross Salary Rs.49,308/- P.M) Max. Age : 38 years

·         B.Sc Engineering preferably with MBA from HEC recognized Institution/university.

·         3 years of post-qualification Institutional/ Industrial relevant experience in a large Govt./Semi-Govt./multinational or renowned private organization.

·         PE C registration certificate will be mandatory.

Will be responsible to work as liaison officer with different Service Centres under TEVTA all over Punjab. To monitor the output and quality of products pertaining to Service Centres. Will assist senior management in utilization of skilled labor force at field formation institutes.

Terms and Conditions:

1.      Candidates meeting the criteria are requested to download the application form from PTEVTA website(www.tevtagop.pk) and submit it along-with CV, latest passport size photograph, relevant experience certificates, and attested copies of academic testimonials, domicile, valid C.N .I.C. and registration with PEC. The application must reach through registered mail / courier before 04:00 pm not later than 05.08.2017 at the address of PTEVTA given below. Any application received after the deadline shall not be considered. Proof of posting will not be considered as proof of delivery.

2.      Terms and conditions of employment will be governed under PTEVTA Service Regulations.

3.      Candidates currently working in Federal/ Provincial/Semi- Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Special Intuitions should send their application through proper channel. NOC is mandatory from the current employer at the time of interview.

4.      No age relaxation shall be given to any candidate. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

5.      Application not supported with relevant documents, received through emails or received after due date shall not be entertained.
