Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) is an autonomous organization, established under the auspices of the Government of the Punjab. The Foundation seeks ambitious and experienced persons for the following positions:-

Master degree or Bachelors (4 years) in Business & Management Sciences or Social Sciences discipline from HEC recognized university.

20 years experience including 7 years at leadership and management level. Experience in the field of HRM and administration will be preferred.

Director (Finance)

1

50 yrs

Chartered Accountant/ ACCA Member/ ACMA, Relevant Masters/ 4 Years Graduation.

At least 10 years experience including 5 years at a managerial level in a medium sized organization in the field of financial management, corporate planning, fund management, analysis of financial statement and financial reporting.
Must possess good presentation and analytical skills. Fluent communication, interpersonal skills and expertise in handling computerized accounting software.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR (SUPPORT SERVICE):

Ideal candidates preferably possess the following:

·         In depth knowledge of the functioning of Public Sector and deep understanding of Public administration and governance issues.

·         Demonstrable experience in:

i.                    Recruitment & selection policy and procedure of public sector.

ii.                  Procurement under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

iii.                Handling of litigation in public sector.

iv.                Development of information technology strategy in line with organization mission and core objectives.

v.                  Experience of extending secretarial support to BOD.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR DIRECTOR (FINANCE):

Ideal candidates preferably possess the following:

·         In depth knowledge of the functioning of Public Sector and deep understanding of Public financial and governance issues.

·         Demonstrable experience in:

i.                    Planning and implementation of financial matters of a large organization.

ii.                  Oversee financial matters, budget estimates, forecast, tracking of financial targets.

iii.                Internal audit & External statutory audit.

iv.                Extend strategic advice to management on financial matters.

v.                  Procurement under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

The appointment will be on contract basis for one year, extendable on the basis of performance. The post carries competitive market based salary & other benefits. However in case of government servant salary will be fixed as per prevalent government policy. Experience of unpaid jobs/free lancer, internship, part time, teaching, work experience compulsory for degree program will not be accepted.
