Director – Pakistan
client is a leading multinational company, with a global presence. With plant
operations in Punjab, the firm has a significant commercial and manufacturing
presence in over 50 plus countries worldwide. Pivotal to their ongoing success
and in order to stay competitive in a dynamic market, they are now seeking an
HR Director to provide leadership and solutions consistent with their business
strategy and thereby promoting improved organization effectiveness.
to the CEO, the incumbent will serve as part of the leadership team to develop
and implement best practices and cutting edge HR policies and practices through
effective organizational and structural planning that supports the achievement
of the organizations overall business strategy.
role is an end to end HR Director role with functions including organization
development, succession planning, collaborative relationship building with
corporate and functional stakeholders, and the complete management including
training, development compensation and benefit strategy programs whilst
providing leadership guidance to an employee base of 1000 across company
plants, warehouses and sales.
successful candidate must have at least 15-20 years of experience in the HR
field, with experience managing a size-able organization including manufacturing
or similar environments. Additionally, bachelors and / or masters degree in HR
Business, Social Sciences or equivalent is required. A successful track record
with large multinational labour environment, including exposure working outside
of Pakistan is beneficial. Strong leadership skills, the ability to manage,
coach and develop teams in a multicultural context and excellent communication
and networking skills make the ideal candidate.
