NESPAK requires Professional at senior level to become part of its highly technical and qualified team of experts for its ongoing and future project. The candidates should hold first class degree from reputable foreign and/or HEC approved local universities and must have the following qualifications and experience.

Soil Scientist: M.Sc. (Hons) in Soil Science/Agronomy with minimum of 10 to 15 years experience of working in the field of Soil Investigations and agricultural development planning with computer skills. Preference will be given to Ph.D candidates.

Agro-Economist: M.Sc. (Hons) in agriculture with economic background/agri-economist with minimum of 10 t 15 years experience of working in the field of planning and economic appraisal water resources projects with computer skills. Preference will be given to Ph.D candidates.

Agronomist: M.Sc. (Hons) in agronomy/agri-extension with minimum 2 to 3 years projects planning experience with computer skills.
