Outsourcing of Rehabilitation of Outside Plant of Exchanges in Rawalpindi / Islamabad Lahore & Karachi.

1. Sealed bids in Pak Rupees on D.D.P. basis are invited from firms of repute or their authorized agents for outsourcing of rehabilitation of outside plant of exchanges in Rawalpindi / Islamabad, Lahore & Karachi in accordance with PTCL requirement / specifications. Tender documents can be purchased from the undersigned on payment of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) through Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited, H/Qs, G-8/4, Islamabad.

2. Bids shall be submitted as per procedure and instructions to the bidders mentioned in the Bid Document,  at PTCL Headquarters , G-8/4, Islamabad by 15-11-2007 before 1100 hours.

3. Bid received after deadline shall not be accepted.

4. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder(s) or any obligation to inform the affected bidder(s) of the grounds for PTCL action.
