TENDERS FOR RENOVATION & RE-DESIGNING OF HBFC LTD ZONAL OFFICES, LAHORE & PESHAWAR

Scaled quotations/tenders are invited from reputed firms/contractors for renovation re-designing all civil & electrical works of zonal offices Lahore & Peshawar.

Interested firms/contractors are requested to submit their rates including all taxes/installation/transportation and other charges. The firms/contractors will have to deposit bid security @ 10% of quoted price (2% should accompany with the quotations/offers and remaining 8% within three days of acceptance of tender/quotation) in shape of pay order. In case of non-execution/breach of terms & conditions of tender, bid security will be forfeited.

The tender forms along with other details (Tender Drawings, Bill of Quantities) can be obtained from local offices of HBFC Ltd & from our Consultant Architect during working hours. No tender form will be issued on the tender opening day.
