OPERATIONS MANAGER

Exciting opportunity in the service industry to manage a growing facilities management company. You must be capable of managing and delivering numerous tasks under tight deadlines. Ideally, the person will have experience of management of facilities with full operational control. Responsible for providing services to customers in matters related to electrical and plumbing works air conditioning cleaning services, health & safety and other services related to management of facilities. The baseline requirements in the potential candidate for this post are:

• University degree from recognized institution.
• At least 5 years operational experience in the services industry.
• Managing a sizable team of technical and operational staff.
• Ability and interest in turning good ideas into practical  solutions
• Control of expenses within agreed budgets.
• Good written and oral communication skills and able to communicate at all levels especially fluency in English.
• Good leadership and team working skills
• The ability to manage and plan for normal operations as well as emergency response handling
