REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

SUI NORTHERN GAS PIPELINES LIMITED is the largest integrated gas company serving more than 2.8 million consumers in north central Pakistan through an extensive network in Punjab and NWFP. The Company has over 43 years of experience in operation and maintenance of high- pressure gas transmission and distribution system.

As part of the automation program. SNGPL intends to hire services of well reputed, professional and competent consultancy organizations for the implementation of Oracle based Purchasing, Inventory, HRMS and Payroll modules.

Interested firms / organizations / Service providers (must be Oracle Certified Partner) can obtain the tender documents till 19th September, 2007 by 1700 hrs. Before purchasing the RFP, an authorized representative of the bidder may first examine the RFP during 1100 to 1230 hours on all working days up to a day before closing date of the bid. The RFP can be obtained upon payment of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) in the form of a CDR / Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited. All firm who intend to purchase the RFP are required to provide a copy of valid Income Tax Certificate.

Technical and Financial bids in separate sealed envelops must be submitted at the address given below not later than 20th September,2007 by 1100 hrs.
