Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab plans to lease out the Jallo Tourist Resort to a well reputed and experienced firm for a period of 5 years (extendable). The said site is situated only 17 km from the Mall Lahore and about 10 km from Wagha International Border. A relaxing point, yet, easily accessible from the Allama Iqbal International Airport, Railway Station Lahore and other areas.

TDCP has its existing resort spread over 96 Kanals of land in compartment No. 23 of Jallo Park comprising of tourist huts (08 Nos.), Restaurant, dormitories (02 Nos.) BBQ area, swimming pool, campers platforms with campers kitchen and toilets, staff quarters, parking, water supply, electricity, landscaping etc.

The technical and financial bids are invited from registered firms fulfilling the following criteria:-

• It should be a registered firm  and must have experience in the related field of resorts and recreational facilities development and management for at least 10 years.
• Must be able to invest for the development of existing facilities and development of additional recreational facilities in this resort.
• Must possess and give ample proof of their financial status as well as technical and human resources.

Interested firms are requested to submit their technical and financial bids separately in sealed envelopes, by clearly spelling out their concept for up-gradation, operation and maintenance of this resort along with investment plan, within proposed time frame and their own experience and capacity for implementing the said concept and investment. The financial bid should also include the proposed lease money/rental that they would give to the Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (per annum). The said proposal should reach the office of the Manager (P&D) within one month of the publication of this advertisement in the newspaper.

The Managing Director, TDCP reserves the right to reject any or all the proposals/bids without assigning any reason.
