Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL), a leading utility company in the country, engaged in the business of Transmission and Distribution of Natural Gas in Punjab, NWFP, Azad Kashmir and Federal Capital by receiving gas from 28 different gas sources, desires to offer its (5 Nos) Pressure Reduction (Decompression) stations , on Transmission network to the interested parties for Power Generation Project (s) on Build, Operate and Own (B.O.O) basis.

Expression of Interest (EOI) in this regard is hereby invited form the interested companies / parties for the said project along with their complete profile, credentials covering technical capability , proven track record , similar previous experience / projects, financial standing , etc.

The short listed parties shall be provided with Bid Document to submit their bid.

EVALUATION CRITERIA:

Max. Power Generation through Decompression process.
Max. Profit Sharing on Power Generation Basis
Quickest Implementation Time.
Previous Experience on the Subject

Last date of submission of Expression of Interest is 31st July 2007, in the Office of Senior General Manager (Transmission) 6th Floor, Gas House , 21- Kashmir Road, Lahore upon payment of Rs.10,000/- (non -refundable), in the form of pay order / demand draft in favour of SNGPL as processing cost.

SNGPL reserves the right to ask for additional information or reject / accept any EOI or cancel the whole process at any stage without giving reason.
