Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company has been established in public- private partnership by the Government of the Punjab to develop and manage industrial estates in the province.

The company has recently established the most modern industrial estate in the country over an area of 1600 acres at Sunder, Lahore. We now plan to construct Combined Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) in this estate on the basis of Engineering - Procurement - Construction (EPC) Contract. The EPC contractor / consortium / joint venture having relevant expertise will also carry out Operation & Maintenance of the CETP for a specified period after commissioning of the plant.

Applications are invited for prequalification from parties who are interested in executing  this project on EPC basis. The interested parties are requested to obtain the "Request for prequalification " Document , which lays down Project outline and the requirements for prequalification, from the address given below.

Completed "Application for Prequalification " by the interested parties / joint ventures must reach the address given below by or before  July 15, 2007.
