BENEFITS

Organizational change is a complex process involving multiple interrelated aspects of a company. Changes in one part of the organization often have profound effects on other parts. In Pakistan, where businesses operate in a relatively conservative management environment, planning for change, identifying forces of change, assessing resistance, mapping out change scenarios, selecting an intervening path and nurturing continuous change hold critical importance. Therefore, acquiring the skills in these areas can enable manages to manage change initiatives in their companies more effectively.
