The Defense Housing  Authority, Lahore invites Expression of Interest on JV (Joint Venture) basis for the following projects:

• 14 Kanals Plot Commercial Activity block C Phase Vlll

• 15 Kanals Plot for Commercial Activity block D Phase Vlll

• 48 Kanals Plot for Hotel located at block E Phase Vlll

• 17 Kanals Plot for Hotel located  at first round about Phase Vlll

• 9.5 Kanals Plot for Commercial complex located in block A Phase VIII

• 9.13 Kanals Plot for Commercial complex located in block E Phase Vlll

For pre-qualification, the Interested companies or consortium of companies are requested to submit their Company Profile comprising the following:

• Structure of organization and profile of key personnel

• Details of recently handled project

• Detail of technical expertise and financial resources along with black reference certificate

• Tax registration certificate along with tax clearance certificate

• Memorandum & article or partnership deed

• Contact person details

Pre-qualified companies will be provided RFP (Request for Proposal) document by the DHA Lahore for submission of proposals

EOIs (Expression of Interest) should be submitted in triplicate to Defence Housing Authority in a sealed envelope latest by 3:00 pm on 9th June,2007. DHA Lahore reserves the right to reject / accept any or all of the EOIs without assigning any reason and no claim of any nature will be entertained in any respect.
