PTV invites an Expression of Interest for Joint Venture from the interested local / international parties to launch Commercial Mobile TV Services (Live / Real Time) as a comprehensive end-to-end solution, which can deliver LIVE TV Broadcast & Multimedia content on Mobile Phone sets.

• A complete corporate profile of the company

• Details of experience in the field of TV Broadcast on Mobile Phone

• Technical know how & financial capacity to undertake project of this nature.

• Short listed parties shall have to make a comprehensive presentation covering all aspects of technical, commercial and overall business plan with time lines.

• Undertaking that the company or its Directors/Partners are not defaulters of any government department, financial institution or any other body etc.

EOI is not an offer from PTVC but an invitation to receive proposals from interested companies. No contractual obligation ever shall arise from the EOI unless a formal agreement is signed and executed by duly authorized officer of both the partners.

PTVC reserve the right to accept or reject any or all offers/proposals without assigning any reason whatsoever.

PTVC is not under any obligation to inform the applicants, firms/companies about the reasons of rejection of their EOI.

EOI should reach to the undersigned on or before 5th ?June, 2007, positively.
