We have the following positions available for immediate appointment:

Corporate Director Sales and Marketing

Oversee all sales and marketing operations for the group, reporting directly to the CEO.

• Experience in both sales and marketing with an aim to drive the business forward.
• Responsibilities will include devising and implementing a sales and marketing strategy to aspects of the business.
• The candidate should ideally have a minimum 5-8 years experience in a Sales & Marketing Management role including experience with in the leisure industry - hospitality, conference, meetings, etc.
• Proven track record as Sales and Marketing Director, Sales Director/Manager, Marketing Director/Manager, General Manager/Managing Director, Operations Director, Commercial Director or Business Development Manager with strong commercial awareness and previous experience in developing sales and marketing plans.
• The position will be based in Islamabad with extensive traveling across Pakistan.

GM/Head of Operations for Central Region (based in Lahore)

Oversee the operation and performance of all Hotel One properties in the central region reporting directly to the CEO.

• Responsibilities are to give direction to all properties covered, develop the brands and their awareness, maximize profitability and return on investment, planning, strategize, implement changes, manage effectiveness and identifying new development prospects. The office is based in Lahore.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience and proven success in managing multiple units of hotel operations including operational experience in F&B, Rooms, HR, Sales & Marketing and Quality Management.

Resident Manager for Sialkot & Gujranwala

Responsible for all aspects of the operation of the Hotel and reporting to the regional general manager.

• Lead and supervise staff for optimum financial performance, guest satisfaction, sales, marketing, training & development.
• Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, with high energy and excellent communication skills.

Project Manager

Oversee and supervise construction and major refurbishment of upcoming and existing properties, reporting directly to the CEO.

• Create detailed project plans, monitor & report progress. Initiate & maintain project work breakdown structure, initiate project policies & procedures {project control (time, cost, time) & procurement} & liaise with other project parties: project management consultants, architects, engineering design consultants, construction contact package & outline project procurement plan cycle.
• Pre-requisites: B.Sc Civil Engineering/Construction Management (M.Sc preferred) with minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in large scale projects. Extensive experience in MS Projects.
• Excellent communication skills and high ethical standards expected. Position is based in Lahore with travel to other cities in Punjab.

Front Office Manager/Rooms Division Manager -
Lahore, Faisalabad, Sialkot & Gujranwala

Senior Front Office/Rooms Division Manager will be accountable for ensuring the successful operation of the Rooms division of the hotel and assisting the resident manager for seamless operation of the unit.

• Key responsibilities and duties include; supervision of daily operations of all Rooms Division departments, including all facets of guest service, staffing and operational supplies and equipment. Oversee the front office, housekeeping, and engineering department's schedule. Plan, assign work and communicate departmental strategies and goals. Provide hands-on support during peak business times.
• Minimum 5 years experience and proven success as Front Office Manager or Rooms Division Manager in the Central Region will be a bonus.
