1. SITE MANAGER - Job Code-SM-QBA-01

BE Mechanical, having more than 12-15 years of experience of field construction in mechanical works with proven leadership & entrepreneurial skills. Responsible for motivating construction teams, ensuring cost effectiveness and work progress to deliver the output as per schedule, ensuring implementation of Descon's integrated project management systems and related procedures at the site.

2. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (Mechanical/E&I) - Job code-CM-QBA-01

BE Mechanical & E&I, having more than 10-12 years of experience of field construction in mechanical works. Responsible for implementation of a project execution plan and timely completion of all works with in international standards in oil and gas/petrochemical industries.

3. MANAGER SHUTDOWN (Plant Services) - Job code-MS-QBA-01

BE Engineering, having 10-12 years experience. Should have exposure in Shutdowns of oil & gas, petrochemical and preventive maintenance of equipment and the plant. Well versed with pre and post shutdown activities.

4. MANAGER PLANNING (Construction/Shutdown) - Job code-MP-QBA-01

BE Mechanical, with 7-10 years experience in planning and well versed with Primavera. The incumbent will carry out overall planning, scheduling and monitoring of daily, weekly and monthly progress.

5. IN-CHARGE TANKS CONSTRUCTION - Job code-ITC-QBA-01

BE Mechanical, with more than 8 years experience in Site Engineering of oil & gas field construction, refineries and storage terminals. Must have sound knowledge in Plant Storage Tank Fabrication, erection and piping works.

6. IN-CHARGE PROPOSAL-Job code-IP-QBA-01

BE Mechanical, with more than 8 years experience in Site Engineering of oil & gas with exposure of overall leadership in Proposal Preparation. Ensures that all proposals are cost effective, technically viable, comprehensive and in accordance with the customer's specific requirements.

7. ENGINEER MECHANICAL, COMMERCIAL, COST CONTROL, FEDC, PLANNING Job Code-EM-QBA-01

BE Engineering, with more than 5 years of relevant experience in the field of construction in the oil and gas industry.
