Diretor Customer Relations Department Call Center -
Lahore
This is a head of contact centre position with a high
focus towards contact centre operations management. The job entails achieving &
monitoring daily service targets & KPI's. team management, operational planning
and handling pressure. You will have to be focused on customer satisfaction and
liaison with in & outside the call centre. Minimum 6 years of call centre
experience and 4 years in a senior managerial position is required.
