The King Edward Medical University, Lahore is seeking the services of high class professionals who possess distinguished reputation, qualification and experience for appointment against the following posts for its Examination Branch on contract basis for a period of three years:

Name of THE POST
One Controller of Examinations (BS-20)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

1. MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by the PMDC and postgraduate qualification of FCPS, MD /MS/M Phil or equivalent qualification recognized by additional qualification in Medical Education.
2. Minimum ten years teaching experience in a recognized institution in respective field as Assistant / Associate Professor.
   
   If no such person with aforesaid qualification and experience is available then;

Age limit:
Minimum 35 years
Maximum 54 years.

1. MA/ MSc/ MBA / MPA / MCS from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
2. Minimum 13 years of experience in BS - 17 and above including 3 years in BS -19 in an Examination Department of recognized University / Board.

Name of THE POST
One Additional Controller of Examinations (BS-19)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

1. MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by the PMDC with either MBA or one years post graduate diploma in IT from a University / Institute recognized by H.E.C.
2. Minimum ten years experience in BS -17 and above including 3 years experience in BS-18 in an examination department of a University / Board or equivalent administrative experience in a recognized institute.

Age-Limit:
Maximum 50 years.

1. MA/ MSc/MBA/ MCS from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in BS - 17 and above including 3 years in BS -18 in an Examination Department of recognized University / Board.

Name of THE POST
One Deputy Controller of Examinations (Conduct) (BS-18)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

1. MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by the PMDC with either MBA or one years post graduate diploma in IT from a University / Institute recognized by H.E.C.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in BS -17 in an examination department of a University / Board or equivalent administrative experience in a recognized institute.
   
   If no such person with aforesaid qualification and experience is available then;

Age Limit:
Maximum 45 years.

1. MA/ MSc/MBA/ MPA/ MCS from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission with diploma in IT from recognized institute.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in BS -17 in an examination Department of recognized  University / Board.

Name of THE POST
One Deputy Controller of Examinations (Sercecy/ Tabulation) (BS-18)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

1. MA/ MSc/MBA/ MPA/ MCS from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission with diploma in IT from recognized institute.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in BS -17 in an examination Department of recognized  University / Board.

Age Limit:
Maximum 45 years.

• Application forms can be obtained from the University at the cost of Rs. 500/-
• Last date for receipt of application is 10th July, 2008 either directly or through post.
• Incomplete application form will not be entertained.
• Only Short listed candidates will be called for Interview.
• Government Servant should apply through proper channel. No TA/DA will be allowed.
