COMPANY SECRETARY URGENTLY REQUIRED

A Company Secretary with CA/ACMA/LLB having 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in the industry especially in tax related activity. The ideal candidate is one with the hands on experience and high maturity level. Furthermore, excellent communication skills are essential.
