experience its management consultancy, particularly in the area of financial
management, information Technology management within the private and public
sector. Experience in public sectors is desirable not essential. The positions
are based in Islamabad.
FINANCIAL CONSULTANT
Qualification:
Experience:
You will have the experience in financial
management and budgeting preferably in public sector.

The ability to advise and help our
clients on the financial management budgetary issues
-
Understanding of the Government
budgetary systems (desirable not essential)
-
The proven strong capacity for
innovation and problem solving.

An excellent interpersonal sills and
good organizational skills.
Role:
You will be required to work closely with
your supervisor and / or work stream leader in develop implement public, sector
financial management and reform program, training programs, deliver training
workshops.
The candidates will be based in
Islamabad.

Qualification and Experience

A qualified Accountant (from Big 4)

More than 5 years post qualifications
experience out of which at least 3 years in Govt, Reforms or

A qualified ACCA, CIMA, CPA or CIPFA

More than 8 years post qualification
experience out of which at least 3 years in Govt. Reforms.
Essentials:

A public sector financial management
experience is Must
-
Demonstrated experience of People
Management.

Demonstrated experience of Change
Management.

Demonstrated career progression with
current employer
-
The candidate should be based in
Islamabad.
Desirable:
Role:
You will be initially required to work on
a large public sector financial management reforms project. You will be open on
short and medium term basis outside Islamabad.
You will also be responsible for managing
a large team of consultants, set their career objective and reporting to the
practice head.
