The person we are looking should be graduate Mechanical / Metallurgical / Industrial Engineer with 3-5 years experience of Production / Planning its implementation, coordination and control of production processes, capable to increase the performance of his production team. He should have leadership skill and be able to motivate his team of supervisors and workers. He should have the knowledge of Quality Control & Quality Assurance.
