Hill International will provide Production of Design Management Procedures Manual and Tender Document Checklist, Formulation of Consultants Agreement, Consultants Progress Review, Technical Audit Team support.

Schedulers

The Project Scheduler will be responsible for maintenance of the master project schedule and individual project schedules. This person will be the resident program scheduler on the team Staff. The Project Scheduler will interface with Senior Scheduler & Project managers and perform updates of the program schedule as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Related University Degree
• Very good command of the English language
• 10 years of experience in scheduling
• Primavera software experience
• Preferable Experience in buildings, and or infrastructure, schools, hotels, residential complexes.

Mechanical Design Engineer

Qualification & Skills

• Related University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Very good command of the English language
• 10 years of general professional experience
• CAD proficient with the ability to carry out design specifications
• Experience in buildings, and or infrastructure, schools, hotels, residential complexes.
• Previous exp with a Building Services Consultancy

Electrical Design Engineer

Qualifications & Skills

• Related University Degree in Electrical Building Services or Electrical Engineering
• Very good command of the English language
• 10 years of general professional experience
• CAD proficient with the ability to carry out design specifications
• Experience in buildings, and or infrastructure, schools, hotels, residential complexes.
• Previous exp with a Building Services Consultancy

Inspectors (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, HVAC)

Qualifications & Skills

• Relative Engineering educational background.
• Very good command of the English language
• Min 10 years of general experience
• Ability to carry out design reviews, specifications
• Preferable Experience in buildings, and or infrastructure, schools, hotels, residential complexes.
• Previous exp with a Building Services Consultancy

Design Infrastructure Engineers

Qualifications & Skills

• University Degree equivalent in Civil Engineering
• Very good command of the English language
• 10 years of experience in detail design of Infrastructure works..
• CAD proficient with emphasis on Infrastructure discipline.
• Preferable Experience in buildings, and or infrastructure, schools, hotels, residential complexes.
• Previous exp with a Building Services Consultancy

Quantity Surveyors

Qualifications & Skills

• Related University Degree in quantity surveying, engineering or similar field
• Very good command of the English language
• 10 years of experience in Quantity Survey
• Extensive of payment matters and re-measure contracts, Construction Supervision, experience in claims and contractual matters, able to value variations, adjudicate claims and resolve construction disputes.
• Have worked on numerous large similar projects
• Preferable Experience in buildings, and or infrastructure, schools, hotels, residential complexes.

The location of the project is in Tripoli - Libya, not far from the centre of the city. The project consists of 2 University Campuses with 39 faculties buildings, of more than 1.6 mil sqm total built up area, interfaces and infrastructure.

Input: approx 24 months

Salary, varies upon experience in US$. Housing will be provided. Mob. - demob. air fare will be considered. Health insurance will be provided. Work will be 48 hrs/week, extended to 6 days (Sat. to Thu.). Annual leave: 30 cal. days and no ticket will be provided
