Ditra Scitra, a large FMCG manufacturing company dealing with Detergents, Soaps, Homecare & Personal Care in Sharjah, UAE is seeking suitable candidate for the following positions:

Production Manager

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the main responsibilities shall be

• To manager the production department and deliver customer product requirements in full, on time, in the most cost effective and safe manner and as per best manufacturing practices
• Implementation and monitoring of HSE procedures.
• Ensure quality of the products produced strictly conforms to the set specifications
• Develop0ment of personnel for current and future requirements.
• Continual performance improvement.

The right candidate will be a science or engineering graduate with minimum of 3 years experience in production management environment with a reputed FMCG manufacturer.

Production Supervisor

Reporting to the Production Manager, the ideal candidate will be an  experienced production supervisor (3years plus) in home or personal care FMCG products especially detergent/ spray drying or liquids processing. (Science or engineering graduates preferred)

Main responsibilities include:

• Team development.
• Achieving production targets
• Optimimum Utilisation of resources-Manpower, Machine, Utilities.
• Implement and maintain HSE practices in the operations
• Generating Production Reports
• Controlling wastages
• Maintain Product quality
• Trouble shooting and decision making for Smooth running
• Co-ordination ordination with allied departments

Materials Planner

Reporting to the supply Planning Manager, the main responsibilities shall be

• To ensure material availability for production
• Keep inventories with agreed levels
• No obsolete stocks
• Supplier rating
• Cost savings
• Convert planned orders into process orders
• Measure and report production reliability and machine utilization

The right candidate shall be a graduate with a minimum of 3 years experience in materials planning.

Production Planner

Reporting to the supply planning Manager, the main responsibilities shall be

• To ensure on time product availability for all customers
• Keep finished product inventory agreed limits
• Reduce change-over time
• Reduce plant overtime
• Calculate production reliability and machine utilizations

The right candidate shall be a graduate with a minimum of 3 yeas experience in planning activities.

Warehouse Supervisor

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, main responsibilities shall be:

• Supervising, receiving and shipping activities.
• Supervising issuance and receiving activities for the production.
• Posting all warehouse movements on SAP.
• Daily planning for warehouse activities and resources.
• Conducting inventory count and inventory analysis reports.
• The right candidate should have the following qualifications:
• 3 years experience as a FMCG warehouse supervisor.
• Fluent in English written and spoken.
• Excellent planning and problem solving skills.
