Human Resource Generalist (Gujrat Factory)

The incumbent will be responsible for managing HR affairs of the staff members other than workers (direct labor force) at our Gujrat factory. He will be responsible for the transactional HR activities/functions at the plant level and will participate in the revision and development of HR systems.

Age:
35 years maximum.

Education:
MBA / MA (HRM)

Experience:
5 - 7 years experience with at least three years in a similar role at factory / plant level.

Skills:
Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and counseling.
