Pakistan Cricket Board, engaged in promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan and maintaining general control of the game, particularly with reference to the rules and regulations governing its conduct, is seeking a dynamic individual for the following position.

Senior General Manager Finance
(1 Position - Lahore)

This position calls for a dynamic professional having strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. An ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant or C.A. (Finalist) with minimum 10 years experience of working with reputable organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for administration of the finance function ensure flow of financial information to management for planning and effective control of operations.
• Negotiate financing arrangements and placement of surplus liquidity with financial institutions for optimizing cash flow.
• Review and evaluate budgetary performance based on budgetary reports received from various divisions.
• Regularly monitor profit plans and financial performance of all departments through rolling quarterly projections, highlight trends in profitability and projected cash flows, and initiate action to meet foreseeable variances.
• Plan and supervise conduct of treasury operations using dynamic cash planning and ensure judicious use of credit available to optimize cash flows.
• Insurance planning and management for the entire organization.
