OPF Housing Scheme Prequalification

OVERSEAS PAKISTANIS FOUNDATION

PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS/FIRMS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF OPF HOUSING SCHEME, RAIWIND ROAD, LAHORE: PHASE-i (EXTENSION-728 KANALS)

Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) intends to undertake the development of infrastructure of Housing Scheme, Raiwind Road, Lahore, Phase-I (Extension-728 kanals).

Applications are invited from national/international construction firms for pre-qualification for development of complete infrastructure of the scheme. Firms having previous experience of execution of similar nature of works and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as C-1 category firm may apply to the undersigned giving following particulars.

1. Name of the firm address, telephone number e-mail address and name of the key personnel.
2. Details of similar nature of projects/works completed during the last 10 years.
3. Details of similar projects/works in hand with proof.
4. Firms/companies having completed similar nature works of the cost above Rs 150 Million each may apply for pre-qualification.
5. List of tools, plant, equipment, machinery etc.
6. List of qualified technical and non-technical personnel with their bio-data.
7. Financial status with proof of last one-year bank statement and last three years tax assessment
8. Affidavit that the firm is not in litigation.,
9. An undertaking by the contractors/firms to the effect that "Neither the firm/company nor its directors/stakeholders, as a whole or as a part of the firm have ever been blacklisted/defaulted with any Government agency/department/organization and also that the information supplied by the company/firm is correct.
10. Proof of valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council as C-1 firm for the year 2008.

The companies/firms should send their applications with above particulars/information to the undersigned on or before 28th, May 2008. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. OPF reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason thereof and no claim whatsover shall be entertained on this account. IF at any stage concealment/distortion of fact is detected it would be sufficient cause to reject the application(s) for pre-qualification.
