Beaconhouse School System intends to purchase a large number of Computers, monitors, printers, scanners and laptops during this year July 2008 to June 2009. We are looking for reliable vendors who have representation and networks in all major cities and who fulfill the pre-requisites as given below.

Prerequisites

• Suppliers / manufacturers applying for pre-qualification should be registered with relevant authorities for MTN and for sales tax purposes.

• Firms should have the capacity of fulfilling a large order within the given deadlines.

• The firms must be financially sound so as to be able to give a credit period of at least 60 days and provides documentary proof of financial soundness.

• The firms should be able to give three years comprehensive warranty on computers including mouse, keyboard and manufacturers warranty on other items like monitors, printers, scanners etc.

• The firms should be able to provide us with their client list.

• The firms should provides details of their office infrastructure in all major cities where represented.

• The firms should be able to provide response timeframe for resolution of warranty related complaints / service failures.

• The firms should be able to provide their equipment on leasing arrangements, where necessary.

All interested firms/companies are required to submit requisite information to the undersigned by 24-05-2008. Shortlisted firms/companies will be provided with the specifications of the equipment required and invited to offer their sealed quotations.
