Education. The company covers a broad spectrum of business activities within
Pakistan and Middle -East ranging from manufacturing and marketing of brands in
the FMCG sector to production and export of industrial goods and development of
social sector. The FMCG division of the group needs exceptional talent to fuel
is aggressive growth plans and is therefore looking for individuals of high
caliber to join its family across Pakistan in the following dimensions.
Brand Manager (1 Position)
Place of Posting: Lahore
Qualification: MBA-Marketing
Language: English & Urdu
Experience: 5-7 years brand management with at least 1 year in Sales / Trade
marketing (Tobacco / FMCG Background Preferred)
Age: 30-35 years
Duties and Responsibilities:

Development of Brand strategies ,
Brand Cycle Calendar & media plans
-
Coordination with design production
operations and sales functions for the development promotion and continuous
growth of brands

Management of research activities and
advertising
-
To ensure brand health and equity
-
Development and launch of brands/
repositions for healthy brands portfolio
-
To ensure sustainable P&L growth market
share budget and brand support.
Attitude Behaviour & Skills:
A positive forward looking team player who
possesses outstanding thoroughness personal organization , integrity and
decision making skills with command over administrative management. The
individuals should able be demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal
skills with the passion and drive to succeed with distinction in an empowered
and result oriented culture. Computer proficiency is a must for all the above
positions.
