IBL / Searle Group comprising of Pakistan's leading Distribution and
pharmaceutical companies with a portfolio of wide-ranging and well-known
multinational brands seek to fill in the following new positions in their
expanding businesses.
MARKETING & SALES DIRECTOR
The challenging senior position solicits a professional in his early 40s. An
MBA (Marketing) from a reputable institutions with 10 years experience in a
multinational or a renowned national company in FMCG, OTC or Ethical including
4-5 years in a similar capacity.
The ideal candidate shall have strong leadership skills with excellent
commercial and business acumen.
A strategic thinker with a vision to develop and formulate company direction
for a success driven policy, intent and procedures vis-a-vis company
goals.
He shall be responsible for and strongly focused on achieving company's short
and long term marketing/sales and business objectives.
NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
The aspirant shall be between 35-40 years of age, an MBA from a recognized
institution with 7-10 years experience preferably in handling FMCG products in a
well-known organization.
We are looking for an aggressive team leader and a smart motivator to plan
and implement marketing/sales strategies, monitor sales procedures and practices
and meet company's sales objectives.
He shall be a result-oriented person with a proven track record. Has a keen,
insightful understanding of local market senario and responsible to identify and
pursue business development areas and opportunities.
BRAND MANAGER
A committed 30-35 years old MBA (Marketing) from a reputed institute with 5-7
years experience and exposure in brand management.
As a brand custodian, the candidate shall be a sharp of decision-maker with
innovative and creative skills for effective brand management. He shall be
strong communicator who nurtures excellent interpersonal relationships.
Has an ability to mentor, train, guide and supervise brand team and
successfully stimulate brand activity and optimise brand promotion in a
competitive environment.
ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER
A young MBA from any reputed institute or equivalent, between 25-30 years of
age with 2-3 years experience in a good company. An energetic person and a fast
learner. Capable of following up on brand plans / policies and strategic brand
needs. Responsible and willing to work hard for the success of the brand.
