PRE-QUALIFICATON

Rendering of Consultancy Service of Interior Designer/Architect:

1. Proposals are invited under, Tender Enquiry No, 03 of 2008, from well-reputed and experienced professionals / enterprises, for preparing proposals / supervising the up-gradation / renovation of the Conference Centre, Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex, Lahore.

2. Bidders should have at least ten years of professional standing and relevant experience in the field.

3. The technical bids will be received through email at tender@iap.gov.pk or by post latest by May 19, 2008 by 1100 hours and opened on the same day at 1130 hours at 6th Floor, Academy Block, Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex, in presence of the representatives of bidders, if they opt to be present.

4. Financial Proposals shall be invited and opened later on only from those who will be pre-qualified through their technical proposals.

5. Director Iqbal Academy Pakistan may reject or all bids without assigning any reason.
