Manager Human Capital

MBA in HR Preferably from LUMS/foreign university with an engineering background having 8-12 years hands-on experience with a least 3 years as manager in a reputed organization. He must be a team player and be able to lead the Human Capital Department. He should have excellent communication both in written & spoken English, excellent negotiation skills and expertise in human capital management.
