CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSULTING FIRMS EOI

INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

PRE-QUALIFICATION/SHORT LISTING OF CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSULTING FIRMS.

Government of the Punjab Board of Revenue Department, intends to hire services of Civil Engineering consulting firms for planning (including all related documents), designing and supervision of Civil Works having following components:-

1. Renovation of 18 District detailed Supervision Centre/Headquarter Tehsil Data Centre.
2. Renovation of civil works for 43 Tehsil Data Centre.
3. Construction of 376 Kiosk / Service Centre at Kanungois in Punjab.

These works will be part of the World Bank Assisted Land Record Management and Information System Project (Phase-1). Expression of Interest are invited from the firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and exist on website of Engineering Council along with following information/documents:

1. Certificate of registration with Pakistan Engineering Council along with the latest renewal letter.
2. Copy of Registration with Securities and Exchange Commission or Registrar of Firms.
3. List of permanent staff along with CVs of relevant core staff showing project wise experience with exact time duration for each project.
4. List of similar works completed by the firm during last ten years and similar works in hand, indicating total cot of such works and cost of consultancy services received against those works along with date of start and completion or expected date of completion.
5. A certificate / affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted by any Government/Autonomous Body.
6. CVs of permanent engineering staff including educational qualifications and experience.

Criteria for short listing of firms have been placed on our website www.punjab-zameen.gov.pk. Selection of consultants will be done following QCBS procedures of the World Bank.

Government of Punjab, Board of Revenue reserves the right to reject one or all proposals without assigning any reasons.

The EOI must reach the office of Project Management Unit, Board of Revenue, Land Record Management & Information System, 5th Floor LDA Plaza, Lahore upto 10th May, 2008.
