Presson Descon International Limited (PDIL) is an international EPCC Company operating in the Oil & Gas industry. We are seeking the following project oriented, highly motivated , self driven and career oriented individuals for our EPCC projects in Pakistan and abroad. We offer a unique opportunity to work alongside high caliber professionals for a wide spectrum of challenging assignments.

1. Manager Engineering

Graduate Engineering having hands-on experience of 8-10 years in heading an Engineering Design department of a EPCC company in Oil & Gas sector with an overall engineering design experience of 15-20 years. He should be capable to lead a team of multidisciplinary design engineers. He must be proficient in the management of engineering design works should be capable to lead a team of multidisciplinary design engineers. He must be proficient in the management of engineering design works should be able to mange his team and cope up with the time line of projects.

2. Manager Project Control

Graduate Engineer having hands-on experience of 10-15 years in Project Planning, Monitoring & Control. He should be well versed with Primavera and also with the latest concepts of project control. Assertiveness. Leadership skills and excellent communication skills are prerequisites for this post.

3.Manager QHSE

Graduate Engineer having hands-on experience of 10-15 years in QHSE of project based organizations preferably in Oil & Gas sector. He should be well versed with Quality and HSE Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, familiar with Engineering Codes and Standards and be capable enough to lead a team of both QC and HSE personnel deputed on various projects.

4. Manager Mechanical

Graduate Mechanical Engineer having 10-15 years experience of handling projects , preferably in Oil & Gas industry. He should have rich experience in Piping, Fabrication and Equipment Installation as per API, ANSI and DIN standards , rotary & stationary equipment at plants , field locations and well sites.

5. Manager Planning

Graduate Engineering having hands-on experience of 10-15 years in project in Project Planning, Monitoring & Scheduling. He should have an Expert Level in Primavera Project Planner-V 3.1, P5, P6 and Primavera Expedition.

6. Manager Electrical & Instrument Design

Graduate Engineer Electrical / Electronics having hands- on experience of 10-15 years in the management o engineering design of facilities preferably in Oil & Gas Engineering sector. He should be well versed with all the latest concepts, techniques and softwares of Electrical & Instrument Design.

7. Manager Electrical Construction

Graduate Electrical Engineer having hands-on experience of 10-15 years in the execution of project preferably in Oil & Gas Engineering sector. He should be able to manage Planning and Electrical Construction work of large EPCC projects

8. Manager Process Design

Graduate Chemical Engineer having 12-15 years of process design experience in Oil & Gas and / or Petrochemical and Fertilizer industries. He should be well versed with the recent process design software like Hysis.

9. Manager Civil Design

Graduate Civil Engineer having 12-15 years experience in the management of engineering design of facilities preferably in Oil & Gas engineering sector. He should be well versed with Civil Design , structural analysis latest techniques and software of Civil Design.

10. Project Engineers Instrumentation Electrical / Civil

Graduate Engineer of relevant disciplines having experience of 6-8 years of projects preferably in Oil & Gas Engineering sector.

11. Estimator Mechanical

DAE Mechanical having hands-on experience of 4-5 years preferably  in Oil & Gas Engineering sector

12. Project Engineer Mechanical

Graduate Mechanical Engineer having hands-on experience of 6-8 years , preferably in Oil & Gas sector or any project based organization.

13. Supervisors: Civil, Instrument Mechanical / Piping

DAE Electrical Mechanical and Civil having hands-on project experience of 7-10 years , preferably in Oil & Gas sector.

14. Quantity Surveyor

Graduate Engineer Civil / Mechanical having hands-on project experience of at least 5 years or QAE Civil / Mechanical having hand-on experience of 7-10 years preferably in Oil & Gas sector. He should be proficient in progress measurement and billing.

15. Material Coordinator

At least Graduate or DAE with hands-on experience of 5-10 years in material handling at project sites. He must be capable enough to coordinate with the procurement team project management team and contractors at site.
