NATIONAL SALES MANAGERS:

Manage the existing accounts and develop new accounts , Implement strategies , Motivate and manage a team of Key Account Managers responsible for sales. BSE 10 years Experience with at least 5 years in a similar position.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS:

Maintain expand existing accounts , and develop new accounts. Implement strategies, Motivate and manage a team of Key Account Managers responsible for sales. BSE 10 years Experience with at least 5 years in a similar position.

MARKETING MANAGERS:

Develop key strategies tactical plans and budgets to successfully launch and achieve market share targets and revenue goals. BSE 10 years Experience with at least 5 years in a similar position.

PRODUCT MANGERS MATERIAL HANDLING:

Managers , develops and implements product marketing activities to maximize sales of Material Handing product line. BSE 5 years Experience with at least 2 years in a similar position

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGERS:

Maintain customer satisfaction by providing direct assistance on all equipment. Ensure customer satisfaction, install new equipment upgrades , troubleshooting and repairing. BSE 8 years Experience with at least 4 years in a similar position.

MATERIAL MANAGEMENT MANAGERS:

Implementing and administering the internal supply stock control and warehouse functions accurate inventory control. developing an accurate bench stock and shop stock. BS 6 years Experience with at least 3 years in a similar position

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERS:

To Plans , organizes , and implements sales activities to meet overall profitable sales of products to customer in the assigned Key Account market segment. BSE 5 years Experience with at least 3 years in a similar sales position.

PERFORMANCE & TRAINING SPECIALISTS:

Retention and Succession planning , Hi-Potential identification development plans and performance management , Identifies and coordinates candidates for Key development programs provide overall employee and organizational development needs. MBA 6 years Experience with at least 3 years in a similar marketing position.

PRODUCT MANAGERS (Electro Mechanical Products):

Project planning marketing , gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements. Defining the product vision and working closely with sales marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. BSE 6 years Experience with at least 3 in a similar marketing position.

PROCUREMENT & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGERS:

Set the strategic and business for Materials Management activities which covers all aspects from strategic sourcing of equipment and material needs constructing efficient physical supply chain and logistics infrastructure handling storage and delivery. BSE 10 years Experience with at least 5 years in international procurement

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS SPECIALISTS:

Conduct job interviews, evaluate jobs and write job descriptions. Provide analysis reports on jobs evaluation activities salary surveys and structures compensation programs and market trends. MBA 6 to 8 Years in best practice environment.

RECRUITMENT SPECIALISTS:

Support manpower planning activities , provide an effective and high quality recruitment service including identification of sources of qualified applicants applicant screening interview and testing processes. MBA 6to 8 Years in best practice environment.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLERS:

An over all Responsibility for planning , designing and implementing financial control of the accounting treasury and credit and collection activities of the business unit. CPA 10 Years in similar position.
