Business Development Officers

The Job: This is a frontline micro finance sales and service function responsible for ensuring high quality social collateral formation, asset and liability product sales, customer servicing and education. The assignment includes outbound sales/ business acquisition operations in the field. Other responsibilities involve cash flow based credit assessment, preparation and monitoring of case loadings, front-end delinquency, collections management and documentation compliance. This function offers an excellent opportunity to develop a rewarding career in retail micro finance within the financial services industry by way of a structured training program.

 The Candidate: The incumbent should have strong desire to advance in a sales-service career and to particularly interact with less privileged people to assist them in upgrading their social and economic conditions. Fresh graduates preferably with top quartile grades and with commerce or Agriculture background are encouraged to apply. The individual must demonstrate PC-literacy with good knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications. An inclination toward working in a technology-driven environment is mandatory. Should have good command over written and spoken Urdu & English. Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage. The candidate should preferably be less than 30 years of age and willing to travel and relocate anywhere in the country. Male candidates holding valid driving license and with ability & willingness to conduct sales/business acquisition on motorbike will be preferred.

Accounts Officers

The Job: The job entails managing Finance and Accounting functions of the branch including identification of transaction having financial impact, its measurement and translation into General Ledger readable form. Other functions include branch financial data integrity, accuracy, completeness and its timely submission to processing Hub for accounts compilation.

The job also requires maintenance of petty cash floats, imprest account, disbursement and collection accounts, supplier payments and related tax reporting. Other areas include looking after receipt and reconciliation of client loan installments/ recoveries as well as preparation and reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts, management of fixed assets inventory and implementation of related internal controls, provision of local admin support to the branch, and maintenance of staff attendance record.

The Candidates: Should possess Bachelors degree in Commerce preferably with top quartile grades, part qualifier of CA/ ICMA/ACCA will have an edge over other, preference will be given to those having one year practical experience in accounts and finance. The job requires excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to work within deadlines. High level of proficiency in MS office, hands on experience of pre-packaged accounting applications and knowledge of regional language will be an added advantage. Preferably be below 30 years of age and willing to travel and relocate anywhere in the country.
