GENERAL MANAGER (TRAINING / HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT)
We are looking for a high calibre individual with proven track record in Human Resources Development, demonstrated leadership and professional capability to perform duties of General Manager (Training/Human Resource Development) WAPDA.
JOB PROFILE
This is a senior level position for Human Resource Development WAPDA. He shall be responsible for formulating training and human resource development policies exclusive to WAPDA's requirements and innovatively supervise all Training Institutions. Capacity building of the organization will be a high priority assignment for him.
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
Post-graduation/high qualification in Human Resource will be preferred. Minimum 20 years progressive experience in Training, Human Resource development and relevant roles is essential.
AGE
About 40 - 55 years.
TENURE
The position is initially for 2 years contract, subsequently extendable subject to performance.
SALARY PACKAGE
Attractive / negotiable market-competitive salary will be offered.
