TENDER NOTICE (UPS)

A leading Group of Companies intends to install UPSs (Uninterruptible Power Supplies) in all of its 150 branches / offices. We are looking for reliable sources / sole authorized dealers / distributors dealing in imported UPSs only who have representation / presence in all major cities particularly Lahore, Islamabad, karachi & Peshawar.

Expected Requirement:

Supply, installation & commissioning (on turn key basis ) of UPS-Line interactive Rating : 650VA/400 Watts, Input Voltage: 160-280V; Output Voltage:230V, Frequency: 50/60 Hz; Built-in Boost and trim Automatic Voltage Regulator, Surge Protection, RJ-11 Modem/Fax data line protection; Battery Type: Built-in sealed maintenance free batteries. Backup Time: Minimum 4 mints at full load and 15mints at half load: LED display for status of battery with On Line, On Battery, Replace Battery and Overload indicators; Audible alarm on battery operation and low battery and overload continuous tone alarm.

Quantity foreseen: 163 Nos.

All interested firms / companies are required to submit detailed quotations covering all techno-commercial aspects of soft trade terms, taxes, ex-stock availability / confirm delivery period, technical literature / brochure / catalogue, warrantee / guarantee, after sales service and / or annual repair / maintenance, provision of (spare) parts, minimum /maximum attend up time frame (against complaints), list of clients etc. at PO.
