We are currently looking for a dynamic professional with strong leadership skills for the following strategic role:

Director, Resource Development and Relationship Management

The incumbent will overseas various functions including Fundraising, External Relations, and Alumni Relations.

The ideal candidate must have:

• A Masters or a four-year Bachelors degree from an institution recognized by HEC

• At least 15 years of relevant managerial experience, preferably in the area of fundraising, with demonstrated capability to devise and implement strategies

• Policy formulation and team management skills

• Strong communication as well as computer skills, and ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders
