Job Qualification:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline preferred

• Minimum 7 years experience in sales and account

• Management in similar industry

• Define Company's national sales plan with targets, key objectives and strategies in short term and medium term

• Organize sales team with task assignment, monitoring, incentives and discipline

• Monitor entire sales operations at national level on regular basis

• Front sales interaction with key customers and manage their relationship on first-hand basis

• Be part of companies strategic framework

Business Development manager (3 Positions)

Job Qualification:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business

• Minimum 5 years experience in mandatory in sales and account management in similar industry

• Good communication and negotiation skills

Job Description:

• Achieve assigned sales targets

• Develop new accounts through personal contracts and solicitation calls
