Responsibilities:
-
Lead commercial and retail branch banking functions and plan/execute business development activities
-
Responsible for overall branch operations, including (but not limited to) overall standards business target achievement, corporate image development, public relations, SBP and other regulatory compliance, internal controls, problem handling general administration and customer service activities
-
Professional delivery of Bank's financial service/products to current, as wells as potential business customers
Eligibility:
-
Minimum Bachelors degree in Commerce, Science or Arts
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same capacity, with proven record of achievements
-
Not more than 45 years of age
-
Excellent knowledge of and expertise in commercial and retail banking , operating procedures and SBP regulations
-
Well groomed self motivated personality with strong sales, planning, leadership , customer services , communication and interpersonal skills
Agriculture Credit Officers - land II (ACOs I and ACOs II) Job locations: Hyderabad , Sukkur , Nawabshah, Quetta Mirpur AK, Abbottabad , Peshawar, Mardan , Rawalpindi, Islamabad , Sargodha , Gujranwala , Faisalabad , Lahore , Jhang , Sialkot, Gujrat , Bahawalpur , Rahimyar khan , Sahiwal and Multan.
Responsibilities:
-
Undertake intensive touring to establish personal contacts with progressive and potential farmers and identify prospective active and honest farmers who are keen to improve their agricultural production.
-
Ensure availability of finance application forms to farmers in their villages and guide them in completion of these forms and fulfillment of other formalities and securities offered.

Facilities in the sanctioning process and provide technical assistance to formers in adoption of improved farming practices use of better yielding inputs.

Maintain post disbursement contacts with borrowers
-
Identify suitable marketing channels and offer assistance to market the produce with specific institutions / Government agencies to fetch prices for the borrowers.

Ensure timely recovery of finance at the time of marketing and harvesting of corps through constant follow -ups and close liaison with farmers and buyers of the crop.
Eligibility: ACOs I

Fresh graduates - BE (Agriculture), B.Sc (Agriculture)

No work experience or banking experience required

Not more than 28 years of age

Excellent knowledge of agriculture and related process. Self motivated personality with strong job commitment and good communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to travel and reach out to remote areas on regular basic.
ACOs ll

Graduates - BE (Agriculture), B.Sc, (Agriculture) , B.Sc, BA, MBA
-
Work experience of at least 3 years as Agriculture Credit /officers, Fields Officers or Micro Finance Officers , preferably with a commercial bank.

Not more than 38 years of age
-
Excellent knowledge of agriculture and related processes. Self motivated personality with strong job commitment and good communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to travel and reach out to remote areas on regular basis.
