Qualification:

• A qualified Chartered Accountant ( from Big 4 ) with more than 5 years of post-qualification experience or

• A qualified ACCA, CIMA of CIPFA with more than 8 years of post-qualification experience;

Experienced in:

• A minimum of 5-8 years of post qualification experience out of which at least 3 years in public sector / GoP reforms

• Ability to advise and assist clients on financial management issues.

• Experience of project management, capacity building, change management and ERP systems.

• Demonstrated career progression with current employer.

• Proven capacity for innovation, problem solving and business development

• People Management

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

You will be initially required to work on implementation of a large public sector financial management reforms project. You will be open to work on short and medium term basis outside Islamabad. You will also be responsible for managing a large team of consultants, set their career objectives and reporting to the practice head.
