Technical Education & Vocational Training authority (TEVTA) is a special Institution under the Government of the Punjab. It is presently managing 411 Institutions spread through out the Province. TEVTA requires a dedicated , competent and dynamic professional, to be appointed as General Manager (Academics) responsible for all academic matters including curriculum & manual development , quality & accreditation, apprenticeships & teachers training.

Position:

• General Manager (Academics) (01 Post)
  Pay Scale (Rs. 60,000-2, 500-97, 500)Authority maintained car 1300cc & 200 liter petrol per month.

Job Responsibilities:

• To develop the curricule for Technical Education &vocational training.

• To develop & manage the training program for skill development.

• To promote and develop the Apprenticeship Schemes through industries.

• To monitor and evaluate the training process in the institutions through Academic Audit.

Qualification / Experience.

• B.Sc Degree in Engineering (Registered from PEC) preferably with MBA / MPA Masters in Management Sciences.

• 8 years relevant professional experience in administration / teaching or industry out of which 5 years experience should be at a senior management position in a Government organization/ reputed private institutions / business concem. (Experience of curriculum development & faculty training would be preferable)

Note:

1. Maximum Age limit 50 years (Relaxable in suitable cases).

2. The post will be filled on contract basic for a period of 2 years.

3. Preference will be given to candidates with higher qualifications.

4. No TA/ DA will be paid to the candidates appearing for interview.
