Invitation To Offers

1. Evacuee Trust Property Board intends to develop its property located at village Gohawa, Lahore Cantt opposite to New Airport, Lahore measuring about 171.75 Kanal for establishment of IT City on 50 years lease period.

2. Interested parties possessing the relevant experience, management potential and financial capacity are invited to submit their offers alongwith proposed development plan. The terms and conditions can be obtained from the undersigned or Administrator ETP. East Zone, Lahore (Contact 042-9210687).

3. Sealed offers alongwith Pay Order / Draft of Rs. 100,000/- in favour of Secretary, Evacuee Trust Property Board, Lahore as bid security must reach the undersigned by 1200 hours, on 11th February 2008 and will be opened on same date at 1230 hours in the office of the Manager (Development & Projects), Lahore.

4. ETPB reserves the right to reject any or all offers without assigning any reason. Incomplete offers of or those received after due date will not be entertained.
