Senior Manager to Head HR for TRG Technology Services

We look for an outstanding individual to lead Human Resources for TRG's premier Technology Services division, able to work across multiple business paradigms and construct Pakistan's top environment for the country's leading talent.

• Design and implement people development and growth systems for deployment in a fast paced cutting edge technology environment
• Candidates should be able to demonstrate a penchant for innovative thinking, diligence and possess:

         Excellent people growth, leadership, and developmental skills

         Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

         HR experience with a leading multinational organization

• A software technology background is an advantage
