ASSISTANT MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCE

A joint venture between Defense Housing Authority Lahore Raya Developments (Pakistan) Limited for the development of 400 acres of land in the part of Phase-VI of DHA Lahore into residential properties including villas, semi detached, condominiums, shops and shopping malls, an international (PGA) standard golf course and a five star hotel in Pakistan at a total project value of over US$300 million. For the successful implementation of this project, we are seeking suitable qualified, dynamic and highly motivated candidates for the following positions.

ASSISTANT MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCE

Key Responsibilities:

To manage & supervise: compensation & benefits, recruitment & selection, HR policies & procedures, training & development, occupational health & safety, time management, insurance policies, etc.

Requirements:

Must be MBA (HRM) law graduate. Minimum 6 years relevant work experience. Must have a good rapport with Labour court, EOBI and govt. authorities.
