SALE OF 1000 KVA USED TRANSFORMER

Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO) invites sealed bids for sale of one unit of used Transformer 1000 KVA, 3 phase 50 Hz. on "as is where is basic." lying at PARCOs Terminal Station             TS-1 , Shirin Jinnah, Keamari, Karachi.

Interested parties may inspect the Transformer at the above location between 1100 and 1500 hours Monday through Friday from November 19 to 23, 2007 and may obtain Tender  Document on written request along with copy of CNIC and cash payment of Rs. 100/- each set (non-refundable) from PARCOs Corporate Headquarters , Korangi Creek Road , Korangi, Karachi.

Sealed bids on prescribed and  pre-numbered original forms addressed to the Managing Director , Pak-Arab Refinery Limited duly supported by a Bid Bond in an amount equal to 5% (five percent ) of the value of the bid, in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order in favour of Pak-Arab Refinery Limited must be deposited in the Tender Box placed in the ground floor lobby of PARCOs Corporate Headquarters , Korangi Creek Road , Korangi , Karachi up to 1500 hours on  November 27, 2007. Bids shall be opened publicly the same day at 1530 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. Bids must remain valid for 30 days from the date of bid opening . Successful bidders shall have to pay Government Taxes (if any) on offered price.

PARCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
