PUNJAB INDUSTRIAL ESTATES

1. After successfully completing the infrastructure works, we now intend undertaking building works like Head Office Complex, Emergency Centre etc. For this purpose, we would like to pre-qualify suitable building contractors enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council  in CI, C2 & C3 only. The interested contractors may apply to the undersigned by 30th Nov. 2007 along with the following information duly supported by the relevant documents.

1. Detail/status of organization with office address.

2. Pakistan Engineering Council registration.

3. List of Key personnel/staff (engineers) available.

4. Financial statement and bank references duly verified.

5. List of similar projects executed during the last five (5) years. The detail must include location, cost and details about the employers.

6. List of equipment and machinery owned by the firm.

7. Enlistment certificates with the Government Department.

8. Certificate to the effect that firm/company is not involved in litigation with any department not has ever been black listed by any department.

2. Any wrong or misleading information provided by the firm or companies shall lead to the disqualification of the firm from competing in the above project.

3.  We reserve the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
