Ditra Scitra, a large FMCG manufacturing company dealing with Detergents, Soaps, Homecare & Personal Care in Sharjah, UAE is seeking suitable candidate for the following positions.

1. Safety Officer

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the main responsibilities will be:

• HSE drive across the factory
• HSE policies manual and implementation.
• Waste disposal and liaison with authorities.
• Internal and external safety audit.
• HSE training.
• Annual inspection of boiler/production vessel/lifts & hoists.

The right candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Graduate with 3-5 years experience.
• Relevant credentials for safety officer in UAE.
• Fluent in English written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

2. Production Supervisor (Detergent)

• Diploma / Graduate in Engg / Chemistry, below 35 years.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Detergent / Spray Drying processing / Packing and / or Liquids.
• Good communication skills in English.
• People Management Skills.
• Computer skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieving production targets.
2. Optimimum Utilisation of resources - Manpower, Machine, Utilities.
3. Implement and Maintain HSE practices in the operations.
4. Generating Production Reports.
5. Controlling wastages.
6. Maintain product quality.
7. Trouble shooting and decision making for smooth plant running.
8. Co-ordination with allied departments.

3. Production / Materials Planner

Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, the main responsibility will be to provide weekly production schedule to production department

The right candidate should be:

• Graduate male below 35 years.
• 5 years experience in production planning in a manufacturing industry.
• Excellent planning and problem solving skills.

4. Customer Service Coordinator

The right candidate shall be one with:

• Very Good English Language.
• Very Good Knowledge of Computers (Excel is a must)
• Organized and Meticulous.

Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus. Fresh graduates can fit in this job, provided they meet the above criteria.
